Enhancing teaching through positive discipline

This course is specifically designed to empower educators, school administrators and principals with innovative tools and strategies that will enable them to significantly improve student academic achievement. It is a program focused on positive discipline as an effective pedagogical approach that seeks to foster self-regulation, mutual respect and accountability in the classroom.

During the course, participants will explore the fundamental theories of positive discipline and learn how to apply them practically in their daily work with students of all ages and educational levels. Positive Discipline principles, motivation and engagement, classroom management, and positive assessment and feedback will be addressed with hands-on workshops, group discussions, simulation activities, and the opportunity to collaborate with educators from diverse backgrounds and cultures.


Participants will leave the course with a valuable set of pedagogical skills and a deeper understanding of how to implement positive discipline to improve the academic performance and emotional well-being of their students.
